We want you to love your Breeny Books purchase. If something is not quite right, we are here to help.

Returns
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within seven days of receiving your parcel. We will organise a replacement or a refund once we have reviewed your request. Photos of the issue may be required so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Change of Mind
As a small business, we are not able to offer change-of-mind returns at this time, so please choose carefully when placing your order.

Incorrect Address
If the address provided at checkout is incorrect and the parcel is returned to us, we are happy to resend it once the correct address is provided. A new shipping fee may apply.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the funds to appear in your account.
